US Locations Flat Rate Shipping
  • Carrier: Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) preferably. 
  • Delivery Time: For US standard shipping rate and free shipping promotion (when applicable) average delivery time is 4-5 business days. 

 

International Shipping

We are please to offer worldwide shipping.  Please note: If you choose "International First Class mail" tracking status will only shows while it is in transit from our facility to the United State Postal Service International hub.  Once the package has left the USA, the tracking number will not be updated.  International first class mail take approximately anywhere from 7-45 days to arrive depend on destination.  YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TO RELEASE CUSTOMS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE.

If you want to track your package throughout the journey, please select Priority Mail and Express Mail Shipping.

 

Our Return and Exchange Policy

At LashXO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products that are unopen, unused merchandise to us for a refund less any shipping charges. If you received a free shipping promotion on your purchase, we will deduct the postage fee incurred when shipping the products to you. Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your package. Please email us at info@lashxo.com with the order number prior to sending back your package.

*For all Lashes Starter Kits, we can NOT accept partial return due to great discount, we made for the kit.

USPS standard mail is used for flat rate shipping and Free shipping. If you need rush shipping, additional charge may apply.
